Profanity filtering in social media, games and chat platforms has the profanity check for any rude, offensive, bigotry and bullying words in the posts or comments. We have implemented the advanced profanity filtration method in a web in finding and filtering out those profane words from the content using algorithms with a predetermined word list.
We have implemented a facility to create our own custom ‘Blocklist’ of words using APIs. Moderators can decide on which words to censor, including swear words, words associated with hate speech and harassment. If any profane word is found in the comment/post content then the filter algorithm will automatically substitute the words with alternate words or replace them with some special characters.
We are also using image moderation in live to identify the type of image and block the abusive, offensive gestures, drugs and weapons images from the post content.
